These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RestroLab a multi-tenant SaaS platform for restaurant and hospitality management provided by RestroLab (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
1. The Service
RestroLab provides cloud-based software for restaurant and hospitality operations, including order management (dine-in, delivery, take-away), kitchen display, menu and table management, reservations, analytics, and staff management, accessible via a web browser.
2. Accounts & Access
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Access within your account is governed by user roles: SUPERADMIN, ADMIN, SERVER, BILLING, and KITCHEN. You are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and for any actions taken by users under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payment
RestroLab is offered on subscription plans monthly, semi-annual, or annual. Plan details, features, and pricing are listed on the Pricing page.
Fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Prices are displayed in NPR for customers in Nepal, processed via eSewa or Khalti, and in USD for international customers, processed via Stripe.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Accounts with outstanding balances may be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days of non-payment.
We may update subscription prices with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other tenant’s data or RestroLab’s infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit malware or other harmful content.
- Scrape or bulk-download data from the Service without our written consent.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our authorization.
5. Your Data
All data you enter into RestroLab orders, menus, customer records, staff data, and reservations belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you input, including any customer personal data collected through the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The RestroLab name, logo, software, and user interface are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or proprietary materials beyond what is needed to use the Service normally.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestroLab and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
The Service and our website may use or link to third-party services such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for analytics, eSewa, Khalti, and Stripe for payment processing, and cloud infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
9. Privacy
Your use of RestroLab is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Nepal.
